A US Air Texas Provides Tips to Keep from Prematurely Turning Up the Heat

Turning on the heat too soon can cause unnecessary financial strain on a household.

GARLAND, TEXAS, USA, November 13, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — A US Air Texas Provides Tips to Keep from Prematurely Turning Up the Heat

Turning on the heat too soon can cause unnecessary financial strain on a household.

The decision of when to turn the heat on is largely a household by household decision. Some households crank it up on the first chilly day and others try to hold out until they freeze. Certain families even think of it as a game; as if enduring the cold is earning them a merit badge. Although, there is certainly a financial merit associated with holding out incurring the heating cost for a little while. After all, families are still recovering from the summer air conditioning bills. Thus, having a month or two of solace is a welcomed reprieve.

Therefore, A US Air Texas has comprised their best tips to keep your family going strong as the winter looms. While the decision to turn on the heat is largely a preference and comfort balancing act, accommodations can be made. Here are few tips to help stave off the need to incur a heating bill, at least for a while.

Have a Well Insulated Home

This tip will save money whether the heat is on or not. Either way, families want to make sure the house is well insulated. That way, the warmth, either naturally, or from the heater will be retained within the walls. Without efficient insulation, a home will be much colder and even when the heat is on, the system is wasted.

Dress Accordingly

Fortunately, it is much easier to get warm than it is to get cooler. Using a blanket, extra layers and slippers can go a long way in staving off the use of the heater. Of course, families want to remain comfortable and functional. No one wants to be walking around their house like Randy from A Christmas Story. However, it is helpful to add a few extra layers in lieu of cranking up the heat.

Sunlight is Still Warm and It’s Free

Opening the curtains to let the sun inside can help take the chill out of the air. First, it is bright and cheery. Secondly, even in winter, sunlight continues to conduct heat. Therefore, allowing natural light to flow throughout the home does much more than helping to cure the wintertime blues.

Lookout for Drafts

Drafty areas in the home, such as under doorframes and between window panes can sabotage all efforts to retain warmth. Drafts not only allow the cold air to come in they also let the heat out. Thus, it is extremely important to pinpoint drafts within the home and cover them to keep. That way, you can keep from undoing all the energy you put into keeping the house warm.

To close, A US Air Texas has a lot of experience with HVAC heating and cooling systems. As a local, proud Texas company, A US Air Texas knows the balancing act of finding comfort throughout the year. Throughout this time, though, the company has also picked up the tips and tricks mentioned here. Having heat, if only for the safety of the pipes in the house, is eventually inevitable. However, the longer that expense can be avoided, the better. After all, every little bit helps.

Smarter Business Chairman Mark Read Named as 2018 ‘Face of a Vibrant Economy’

Smarter Business

Smarter Business

Campaign highlights leaders who inspire by example and show how better business can be done

Be tenacious and surround yourself with great people at every level of the organisation.”

— Mark Read

HAYWARDS HEATH, WEST SUSSEX, UNITED KINGDOM, November 13, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — Grant Thornton today announced the names of their 2018 campaign to celebrate leaders who excel in better business – and Smarter Business Chairman Mark Read is one of them.

Now in its third year, the Faces of a Vibrant Economy campaign – created by accountant and financial advisor Grant Thornton – identifies 100 progressive UK leaders from across all sectors of business, culture and civic society who each demonstrate excellence in key areas.

Chairman Mark Read was nominated as a leader who:

Fosters a culture of growth, job creation and leads the company into new markets
Solves problems with products and services that disrupt the sector and challenge the status quo
Invests in the workforce, connects financial profit to social purpose and contributes to the wider community

Sacha Romanovitch, CEO at Grant Thornton UK LLP, says:

“At Grant Thornton, we know that doing well by doing good makes business sense and believe that leaders embracing this ethos deserve to be championed. That’s why we launched the Faces campaign – to celebrate individuals who exemplify the Vibrant Economy movement, which aims to shape an environment where people, organisations and communities thrive.

“From jet aircraft manufacturers, farmers, local government leaders dance school principals; our Faces share the same commitment to making a positive impact. For many of these leaders, clear purpose is the North Star, helping them to navigate and make the right decisions in the longer term. Being purpose-led in this way involves a fundamental mindset shift from 'what I can do', towards ‘what we collectively can do’.

“By celebrating these remarkable leaders, we recognise their role in developing a more purposeful and innovative business environment. They show us how business can be done through ‘human’ leadership which nurtures talent. They provide examples to inspire other business leaders and the next generation to shape a Vibrant Economy. They demonstrate that profits with purpose lead to sustainable business, and show us that it’s not only possible, but also necessary, to do well by doing good.”

The 2018 Faces have become part of a wider community that is now 300-strong. The community connects leaders with similar mindsets and missions, who may otherwise never meet. It gives an opportunity to share ideas and insights, as well as learn from each other.

Smarter Business Chairman Mark Read says: “I am proud on behalf of the team at Smarter Business to be recognised by Grant Thornton for our contribution to helping businesses improve operational efficiency, save money and become Smarter Businesses. We have helped more than 40,000 businesses save millions of pounds, and we look forward to continuing to help our clients streamline and save on their essential services.”

His advice to other business leaders? “Be tenacious and surround yourself with great people at every level of the organisation.”

Azincourt Energy Corp (TSX:AAZ)

VANCOUVER, BC, CANADA, November 13, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — Vancouver B.C., November 13, 2018 – AZINCOURT ENERGY CORP. (“Azincourt” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: AAZ, OTC: AZURF), in conjunction with its JV partner, New Age Metals (TSX.V: NAM), is pleased to announce exploration results from the Lithium One Project, located 125 kilometers northeast of Winnipeg, Manitoba, as part of the Winnipeg River Pegmatite Field.

Crews have been active at Lithium One throughout late summer and into the fall executing a comprehensive ground reconnaissance program (detailed mapping and sampling) designed to help prioritize targets for upcoming drill programs. Sampling at Lithium One has generated significant results, with several returning high-grade lithium oxide (“Li2O”). Nine samples exceeded 2% Li2O, five samples exceeded 3% Li2O and two samples exceeded 4% Li2O. See table below:

Table 1: Silverleaf Pegmatite – 2018 Sample Assay Results (see Figure 3 for sample locations)

Samples were obtained from the surface exposure of the Silverleaf Pegmatite. Samples include grab and channel samples with the dominant geological unit exposed on surface being the Spodumene-Lepidolite Zone. Sample locations are referenced in accompanying Figure 3. The Annie and other pegmatites from the Lithium One Project have also been sampled and assay results are currently pending.

“These are excellent results at Lithium One, the numbers are significant,” said president & CEO, Alex Klenman. “These high-grade samples, combined with our earlier results at the Lithium Two Project, have provided important data that is not only extremely beneficial in the identification of priority drill targets, but they also greatly enhance our understanding of the project potential. With each round of results the viability of the projects become more compelling. We are excited to progress to drill stage and begin to unlock that potential,” continued Mr. Klenman.

Drill permits have been applied for on the Lithium Two and Lithium One Projects and the company is awaiting approval from the province. Drilling will commence once the permits are approved.

In an effort to determine the purity of the spodumene, a sample of spodumene blade (sample # 172815) was extracted from the Silverleaf Pegmatite and sent for analysis. This sample yielded an assay value of 8.76% Li2O. This would suggest that the spodumene crystals present in the Silverleaf Pegmatite are of a very high lithium content.

In addition to the high-grade lithium oxide (Li2O) results, several samples also returned significant amounts of rubidium oxide (Rb2O). Rubidium’s principle application is in specialty glasses used in fiber optic telecommunications systems, in addition to night-vision devices, photoelectric cells and photomultiplier tubes.

In geological terms, the Silverleaf Pegmatite and others encountered on the Lithium One Project are LCT Type (Lithium-Cesium-Tantalum) Pegmatites. This Pegmatite Field is host to the world-class Tanco Pegmatite, which has been mined since 1969 for tantalum, cesium, and spodumene. Historically the Lithium One Project area is known for the presence of numerous surface pegmatites of various dimensions and compositions.

Azincourt Energy – New Age Metals Lithium Joint Venture

The pegmatites in this region of southeast Manitoba are described as being a part of the Winnipeg River Pegmatite Field. Several large lithium-bearing pegmatites exist in this region and exploration activity in the region is increasing. This pegmatite field is host to the world-class Tanco Pegmatite, which is a highly fractionated Lithium-Cesium-Tantalum (LCT Type) pegmatite and has been mined in varying capacities since 1969. The LCT-type pegmatites can contain large amounts of spodumene (one of the primary ores used in hard rock lithium extraction) and are a primary geological target in hard rock lithium exploration. They also can contain economic qualities of tantalum and cesium as well as other lithium bearing minerals such as mica. With eight projects totalling over 14,000 hectares the Azincourt-New Age JV is the largest claim holder for Lithium Projects in the Winnipeg River Pegmatite Field.

Montana Mesothelioma Compensation Center Now Appeals to A Power Plant Worker with Mesothelioma in Montana to Call Them Anytime for Direct Access to the Nation's Top Lawyers for Mesothelioma Compensation Results

"If you or your loved one in Montana just received news of a confirmed mesothelioma diagnosis, please call us anytime at 800-714-0303 so we can explain how the mesothelioma compensation process works.”

— Montana Mesothelioma Victims Center

NEW YORK, NEW YORK , USA, November 13, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Montana Mesothelioma Victims Center says, "We are urging a power plant worker or energy worker with mesothelioma in Montana to call us anytime at 800-714-0303 to ensure they have direct access to some of the nation's top mesothelioma attorneys. A delay in beginning the mesothelioma compensation process could result in the diagnosed person receiving less compensation. We are talking about what could be the loss of hundreds of thousands of dollars or more for this rare cancer caused by asbestos exposure because the diagnosed person was no longer capable of telling extremely skilled lawyers about the specifics of their asbestos exposure."http://Montana.MesotheliomaVictimsCenter.Com

The Montana Mesothelioma Victims Center fears that most people with mesothelioma in Montana do not realize the compensation clock starts ticking on the day their diagnosis is confirmed. "If you or your loved one in Montana has just received news of a confirmed mesothelioma diagnosis, please call us anytime at 800-714-0303 so we can explain how the mesothelioma compensation process works. Please don't shortchange yourself when it comes to mesothelioma compensation because you didn't ask for help or waited too long-especially if you are a power plant or any type energy worker in any state."http://Montana.MesotheliomaVictimsCenter.Com

Top mistakes power plant or energy workers make when it comes to the receiving the best mesothelioma compensation:

* Avoiding the mesothelioma claim's process altogether due to not wanting to speak to an attorney.

* Not doing enough research on honest sources of information on mesothelioma, resulting in believing Internet ads that focus on "No lawsuits required," "Federal Claims Center," or "Get your treatment first, and then call us."

* Hiring a local personal injury attorney who specializes in car accidents, as opposed to hiring a full-time nationwide law firm with a law practice that's solely devoted to getting a diagnosed person with mesothelioma the best possible compensation.

* The power plant or energy worker in Montana is so sick that their family is afraid a mesothelioma lawyer might cause extra agony for the person, resulting in the diagnosed person never actually speaking to a lawyer about their asbestos exposure at all.

The Montana Mesothelioma Victims Center’s unsurpassed free services are available throughout Montana in every community including Billings, Missoula, Great Falls, Bozeman, Butte, Helena, Kalispell, Havre, Anaconda, or Miles City. http://Montana.MesotheliomaVictimsCenter.Com

For the best possible treatment options in Montana we strongly recommend the following heath care facilities with the offer to help a diagnosed victim, or their family get to the right physicians at each hospital.

* Providence Health Services Western Montana: https://montana.providence.org/locations-directory/m/montana-cancer-center
* The Billings Clinic: https://www.billingsclinic.com/services-specialties/cancer/.

High risk occupations for exposure to asbestos in Montana include the US Navy, Malmstrom Air Force Base workers, 341st Missile Wing workers, miners, oil refinery workers, smelter workers, pulp and paper mill workers, welders, plumbers, machinists, mechanics, insulators, construction workers, railroad workers and or former residents of Libby, Montana. http://Montana.MesotheliomaVictimsCenter.Com

ChiXi Consultants – Asian Stocks Mixed, Saudi Oil News and US Dollar Gains

OPEC – Concerns Over Oil Supply – Crude Down Nearly 3%

Asia markets closed mixed to end the first trading day of the week.

MANHATTAN, NEW YORK, UNITED STATES, November 13, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Shang Hai Composite led advancing issues with a gain near 1.25%, but most other indices in the region moved less than 0.20% at the end of Monday trading. The moves were driven in large part by OPEC and Saudi Arabia which announced separately that 1) global oil markets were heading towards oversupply and lower prices and 2) that Saudi Arabia would cut its production in December.

The second statement, that Saudi Arabia would cut production, had prices for Brent and WTI up more than 2.0% in early Monday trading. The price for crude, both US West Texas Intermediate and North Sea Brent, has been under pressure in recent weeks as mounting fear of oversupply weighed on the market. The move had energy markets trading at long-term lows and overextended in the near-term. The Saudi news, while not yet a reality, is a likely catalyst for reversal and has market participants one edge.

In corporate news shares of Softbank were edging higher after the close of the Asian session on word its shares would list in Japan. The Softbank Japanese IPO is expected to fetch more than USD 21 billion and attract investors from around the world. Softbank is a multinational conglomerate and investment group.

Tech Market Drags On EU Despite Softbank Announcement

European markets moved lower as selling in the tech-sector intensifies, and rising oil prices weigh on profit outlook. The DAX was down about 0.75% shortly after the open and extended that decline to 1.3% by midday. The FTSE and CAC were both down as well, but the declines were much smaller, near 0.5%.

Shares of Infineon and SAP led the decline in tech if for different reasons. Infineon shares moved lower fear of slowing demand while SAP fell after announcing the acquisition of Qualtronics. The deal is worth 8 billion dollars and expected to close in 2019. Conversely, shares of integrated oil companies like Royal Dutch Shell and BP were up nearly 2.0% on rising oil prices.

Dollar Rises On Perfect Storm

In the US, the dollar rose to new near 16-month high on last week’s bullish news. The FOMC reaffirmed their plans to hike rates and that decision was backed up by PPI data. The PPI rose double the expectation and points to the acceleration of US inflation. The Dollar Index gained more than half a percent in early Monday trading as the EUR/USD and GBP/USD both hit new lows. Forex markets in Europe are down on mounting fear a hard-Brexit is inevitable.

The US broad market S&P 500 was indicated to open lower by about a quarter percent in the early premarket session. The index was led by the tech which had the NASDAQ Composite trading lower by nearly 0.60%. Market action is likely to be light on Monday as the US is celebrating Veterans Day. Later this week look to CPI data on Wednesday and Retail Sales, Philly Fed MBOS, and Empire State Manufacturing Survey to move the market.

Konstantin Balakiryan: Super Detector For Neutrinos "Beta-1AT"

Professor K.Balakiryan proposes a new strategy for studying solar and cosmic neutrinos.

PHOENIX, ARIZONA, USA, November 12, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — The interest of physicists from all over the world is chained to the neutrino – the most mysterious and elusive particle of the micro world. Neutrinos practically do not interact with molecules of any substances, as they thoroughly pierce our planet. Can you imagine that while you were reading the first 7 lines of this press release, several billions of neutrinos flew through your body, yet you had no awareness of this occurring? Each neutrino carries a unique “biography” from when it was formed. If we could "catch” and measure their flow, then for example, solar neutrinos would tell us about the features of the processes that occur in the bowels of the Sun which provides life on our Planet. A neutrino flux of cosmic origin would reveal to us the secrets of astronomical phenomena both in our Galaxy and far beyond its limits, including such events as the birth of new stars, quasars, and black holes. Countries leading in scientific research which are very interested in studying neutrinos are building huge detectors and telescopes for detecting neutrinos in deep tunnels under the earth, under water, and in the ice of the Antarctic.

However, the effectiveness of these detectors is extremely low, at just 10-15 neutrino detection events per year. The reason for such rare detectable collisions of neutrinos with the nuclei of oxygen and hydrogen atoms in water is that all three known neutrino types: electron neutrino, moon neutrino, and tau neutrino, have an ultra-low interaction cross section. For neutrinos to be "noticed”, even with a very high (>10^15 eV) and extra high energy (>10^18 eV) in a detector with water filling, they must collide with the nucleus of and oxygen or hydrogen atom. As a result of this interaction, a muon is produced, which, continuing the motion exceeding the speed of light in the water, causes a luminescence, (Cherenkov radiation) recorded by photomultipliers. In order to increase the number of collisions in recent years, scientists have begun to increase the size of neutron detectors. In our view, this is an erroneous path, as with these efforts researchers do not observe significant changes to the amount of collisions However, the number of collisions of neutrinos with oxygen and hydrogen nuclei in water can be dramatically (hundreds or even thousands of times) increased due to the collective excitation of these atoms. To do this, first of all, the water volume of the neutron detector must be additionally saturated with oxygen and hydrogen atoms dissociated through electrolysis. In the process of electrolysis, direct current is first fed to special electrodes, resulting in the dissociation of water models, and then electrical pulses are fed to the same electrodes in a wide range of frequencies and amplitudes that contribute to the intense excitation of oxygen and hydrogen atoms.

The effect of the excitation of hydrogen and oxygen atoms in a neutrino detector is enhanced due to cavitation in the aquatic environment creating an ultrasonic generator.

For clarity, I will give an example entirely from another sphere. Many of you have probably seen children play a fussball table game. In order to protect their gates, a player very intensively moves his goalkeeper along the goal line, trying to close the space where the ball can go. Something similar happens with excited oxygen and hydrogen atoms, which in a certain volume of water create for the neutrino an almost “continuous obstacle” that becomes targets for them.

Based on the data of our experiments, we formulated the following hypothesis: “High-energy neutrinos colliding with the nucleus of an oxygen atom “break” it into 8 protons, 8 neutrons and 8 electrons that become part of a common electronic “cloud”. As is known, the lifetime of free neutrons is less than 15 minutes, more precisely, the half-life of neutrinos is 611 ± 0.8 s. This is the so-called beta decay, in which the spontaneous transformation of a free neutron into a proton occurs with the emission of electrons and electron antineutrinos. Then each proton “captures” one electron from the “cloud” and turns into a hydrogen atom. Thus, in the water volume of the neutrino detector, the number of hydrogen atoms whose nucleus is a proton increases noticeably.

Our hypothesis was fully confirmed by measurements of several independent companies that deserve the highest level of trust in the United States. (1. Air Kinetics, Inc.; 2. Horizon Air Measurement Services; 3. TRC Environmental Corporation)

According to the data presented by those three groups of independent researchers, the average indicator of the presence of hydrogen at the output of the Symphony-7A was 97%, about 2% nitrogen and practically proved the complete absence of oxygen — less than 1%. Whereas it is known that water contains only 11.19% hydrogen and 88.81% oxygen. This indicates that we created a hydrogen reactor in which a neutrino achieved a fantastic result that is of great importance for our civilization. By installing photomultipliers in this reactor, we could record hundreds of thousands of events revealing Cherenkov radiation occurring when neutrinos collide with protons.

This gave us the idea that it would be extremely interesting to conduct experiments on neutrino detection together with Japanese specialists. Since the Super-Kamiokande was built specifically to search for hypothetical proton decay, it would be highly beneficial for us to take part in solving this scientific problem with the help of the super neutron detector Beta-1AT. Utilizing the Beta-1AT would allow at least 2-3 orders of magnitude increase in the fixation of collisions of nuclei hydrogen atoms with cosmic and solar neutrinos.
